3. An Intra Departmental Association function CHIP FEST’10 was conducted on 23.03.2010. The Students from our Department have presented papers on various topics and participated in various events like J-Hunt, Quiz, C- Debugging, Ad Zap and best participants were awarded with cash prizes.
4. Prof.N.Ranjan , Hawk Technologies , Chennai had a guest lectured on Digital Signal Processing on 17.04.2010.

6. Inaugural Function 18.08.2010 in which the chief guest was the eminent person Ms.Revathipriya , Indian Institute of Technology , Coimbatore.

9. A National Level Students Technical Symposium , TREN TECH 2010- 11 conducted on 24.09.2010 which was inaugurated by our honorable chief guest Mr.T.R.Vijay Anand, Creative Director and Business Development Manager , S116 Creative Lab, Coimbatore.
   On the same day Valedictory function was headed by our distinguished chief guest Mr.J.Anbazhagan , Managing Partner, Feedback Automation , Salem.
